Everything below applies to every print in the shop. If something isn't answered here, ask — I answer my own email.

Flat, between rigid board, inside a water-resistant sleeve — never rolled in a tube. Orders within Canada and to the US usually arrive within [number] business days; elsewhere allow [number] weeks. All shipments are tracked.

If a print arrives damaged, send me a photo within [number] days and I'll replace it. Because editions are numbered, I can't accept returns for a change of mind — but ask before you buy and I'll help you choose.
